End of Windows XP: Microsoft to stop supporting Windows XP from April 8th 2014



Microsoft's Windows Operating System is the most used OS in the world and in that Windows XP is the most used version in windows OS. Now Microsoft has declared that it will stop supporting Windows XP on Antivirus Updates and other supporting updates from April 8' 2014.

      So now is the time to upgrade your computer to newer version of Windows that is Windows 8.1.As Microsoft has made such a Strategic decision which have less than 100 Working days to come in action many companies are having terrible nightmares. This means that Microsoft will no more provide the technical support to the Windows XP users,so there are no more automatic updates to protect your PC from harmful malware and Virus.

    Windows XP was launched 12 years ago that is on August 25, 2001 and it has gained  popularity all over the world very quickly because of its Simple User interface and Multi-tasking capability with availability of lots of applications .But now it is going to end in the next year that is on April 8, 2014 .When the company will stop supporting the product.Due to this reason many public sectors and even private sectors are at extreme pressure .In India around 34,116 bank branches are at risk as they depend on windows XP for the protection of their encrypted data, as the company will stop supporting the data is no more secure which will effect the customers opinion as their money is not in safe.
      
      If you are using XP now is the time to Upgrade your windows OS to the newer version to be secured in future.RIP XP.
